St Peter's Flower Group was formed some years ago. Every Sunday apart from Lent and Advent, there are flowers on the church altar. Sunday's flowers are arranged by one of our group on a fortnightly rota. On the church's special dates ie. Easter, Patronal Sunday, Harvest Festival, the Horticultural Show, Remembrance Sunday and Christmas when the church is decorated to the full, all the group get together to decorate the church. The style of the arrangement is up to each individual. It can be modern, traditional or just a flower in a vase. Whichever is your way of displaying flowers. We are always looking to welcome new members. Novices or experts or anyone in between, anyone who loves flowers. If anyone may be interested in joining our happy bunch we would love to see you. Please get in touch with one of our team and they will bring you along to one of our meetings. Our team for you to get in touch Alison Aydinlar, Sandy Barnes, Gillian Beale, Jennie Bond, Lynne Dyson, Ann Embry, Bel Jabelman, Elizabeth Milnes-James Tini Owens and Annie Payne. A big thank you to everyone who help decorate our Church. (Click on each picture for a larger version. They may take a short while to download.)
